GEORGE MOODIE has been appointed to head up Clydesdale and Yorkshire bank’s agricultural division for the North of Scotland.
Starting off his career straight from school, he joined Clydesdale bank in Golspie and went on to become its youngest branch manager at the age of 24, looking after the Tobermory branch.
Working his way up the ranks across many segments including personal, private and business banking, he is now the regional head of agriculture covering Tayside, Aberdeen-shire, Moray and the Highlands and Islands. “This is a great opportunity, and I am eager to use my knowledge from the diverse range of experiences I have gained in my career to connect with and support our customers as well as focussing on developing the bank’s presence and market share,” said Mr Moodie.
