A. For successful claims we usually charge a fee of 27.5% + VAT of the total settlement. The total settlement amount includes both cash redress and non-cash redress.

We are committed to being fully transparent in explaining our fees to all our prospective clients. For this reason, below is an example of how our fees are broken down in a typical claim:
